Customized Square Knife Gate Valve

Ⅰ. Overview

MIWIVAL Square Knife Gate Valves are customized for specialized equipment, such as junk or sand traps of pulpers, flow bins, dryers, storage hoppers or other dry handling equipment. They can be used for a variety of process media including polye-thylene pellets, fly ash, cement, sand and other dry materials.

Seat options include metal and resilient.

Actuator options include manual, pneumatic or electric motor.

Ⅱ. Design Features

Optional Belleville Springs for Superior Performace

The switching valve is opened, and the medium enters both strainers simultaneously for filtration, suitable for high-flow conditions, which can improve the overall filtration capacity.

Belleville springs (or disc springs) are conical shape, washer-like compo-nents designed to support high loads with small deflections, making them ideal for maintaining bolt tension, reducing vibration and thermal expansion.
