Rotary plug control valve has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, convenient installation, simple flow passage, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range and wide use temperature range, etc.

It has the same fine adjustment accuracy as the single-seat valve and can reach Class VI leakage level.
It is especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high viscosity and media containing granular scaling crystals.

APPLICATIONS
I. Core Application Conditions
1. Highly Abrasive Media: Solid-liquid mixtures such as sand-containing wastewater, mineral slurry, coal slurry. The high hardness (HRC≥85) of the ceramic can resist particle erosion.
2. Corrosive Media: Acid, alkali and salt solutions, etc. Ceramic (alumina, zirconium oxide) materials have strong chemical stability and corrosion resistance superior to metal valves.
3. High-Temperature Conditions: The operating temperature range is typically -20℃ to 400℃. Some special ceramics can be adapted to -40℃ to 600℃, suitable for steam, high-temperature waste liquids, etc.
4. High-Viscosity/Impurity Media: Heavy oil, asphalt, colloidal materials, fluids containing fibrous impurities. The eccentric structure is less prone to clogging, and the sealing surface is less prone to scale buildup.
II. Typical Industry Applications
1. Chemical Industry: Acid and alkali conveying pipelines, feed/discharge control of chemical reactors, and adjustment of chemical slurries containing impurities.
2. Metallurgical Industry: Slurry conveying, blast furnace gas dust removal systems, and steel plant slag flushing water pipeline control.
3. Power Industry: Boiler ash discharge pipelines, desulfurization and denitrification system slurry regulation, and fly ash conveying pipeline shut-off.
4. Water Treatment Industry: Wastewater containing sand, sludge return pipelines, and industrial wastewater (containing particles/corrosive substances) treatment.
5. Paper/Pharmaceutical Industry: Pulp conveying, corrosive liquid conveying, and control of process fluids containing impurities.
